Located in the heart of The World Islands, ‘Floating Venice’ is the first range of luxury water homes in the GCC. The project is expected to become a major landmark in the emirate.  A series of distinguished residences will be located along the longest promenade in the UAE, with Floating Venice forming the world’s first five-star floating destination.

About this project  A series of coffee books were created for each of the 6 individual islands. The cover of the Floating Venice book was inspired by rich Venetian textures, historic motifs and traditional palettes. These, and the city’s unique architectural elements and famous arches created a visual language which was highly unique when placed in a contemporary setting, much like the actual development..
